Is perl scripting (cgi-bin directory) enabled on my account?

As standard, we no longer enable Perl on new hosting accounts as almost all commonly used scripts are written in PHP. Enabling Perl as standard when it is not required therefore has the potential to be a security risk and be abused under some circumstances.

Should you require Perl on your account (ie the use of a cgi-bin directory) then please just open a support ticket requesting this and we will enable this on your account for you.
