Two Factor Authentication

Our client area supports two factor authentication. As standard to log into your account this requires that you use your e-mail address and password. Two factor authentication when enabled also requires a secondary code from a mobile device to be generated, preventing any unauthorised access to your account if someone managed to either obtain your password or had access to your mailbox to reset your client area password.

We have a video tutorial that explains how this functionality works on our YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D38op4Hi1EU&t=3s
