My customer has been blocked from the server

In the event that you have a customer who as accidentally blocked their IP address due to a number of incorrect login attempts to the server, we can unblock this however you will firstly have to obtain your customer's IP address and then open a support ticket requesting that the block be removed. As per our own direct hosting accounts, IP addresses will not be unblocked via e-mail or telephone requests - this must be performed as a support ticket request.
