If you require a reverse DNS (also known as PTR) record/entry for an IP address, please open a support ticket requesting this be configured for you and our server management staff will configure this for you.
Please note, for a reverse DNS entry to be added it must have a matching forward DNS entry. No vanity PTR records are permitted.
