Christmas Operating Hours 2017

We would like to provide you with details of the variations to our normal operating hours for this Christmas & New Year period in case you require any assistance with any aspect of your service.

  • Friday 22nd December - OPEN
  • Saturday 23th December - Support Tickets Only (10am – 4pm)
  • Sunday 24th December (Christmas Eve) - CLOSED
  • Monday 25th December (Christmas Day) - CLOSED
  • Tuesday 26th December (Boxing Day) - CLOSED
  • Wednesday 27th - Saturday 30th December - Support Tickets Only (10am – 4pm)
  • Sunday 31st December (New Year's Eve) - CLOSED
  • Monday 1st January (New Year's Day Bank Holiday) - CLOSED

Normal Business Hours resume from Tuesday 2nd January 2018 when our office will reopen again.

During the above periods of reduced support availability, all servers and services will operate as per normal and will continue to be monitored and managed 24/7. As a reminder, our network status is also available at where any issues that may occur will be detailed. For the days marked support ticket only, our main office is closed and so there is unlikely to be any telephone support available, however support tickets will be answered although please bear in mind that we will be running on reduced staff levels and so these may take slightly longer to answer than normal. Any tickets submitted outside of the above support times will be dealt with on the next working day.

In line with standard industry practice, there is also a network change freeze in place for the Christmas period where no core network configuration changes will be permitted between the 20th December 2017 and 4th January 2018. This is due to there being a lower availability of our own support staff as well as minimal support and availability of spares from our vendors over the holiday period. A change freeze therefore minimises any issues that may be created from making configuration changes to our systems.

If you have any services due over the Christmas & New Year period that you are intending making payment via cheque for, we highly recommend that you ensure we receive your payment in advance as due to the number of upcoming bank holidays, payments may take longer than normal to be processed and so your services may be affected if payment is overdue as this will remain outstanding until funds have cleared into our account. Cheques specifically will NOT be banked during the Christmas Period and so any received after Friday 22nd will be banked in the new year.

Emergency support is available 24/7 for all dedicated server customers as per normal using the specific contact details that you have previously been provided with.
