How do I cancel the upcoming renewal of a domain?

For any domains that you no longer require, you can actually disable the auto renewal of the domain from within your client area. This will then cancel the domain invoice accordingly so that you will not be charged for the renewal.  You will still receive domain renewal reminders as this is a requirement of the registry.

To disable the renewal of a domain name, please go to Domains > My Domains, then click the arrow to the right of Manage Domain and click on Auto Renewal Status and select the Disable Auto Renew.
