In the event that you forget your client area login details, you can simply request that the client area re-send you your password details by using the 'Forgotten your password' link on the client area login page. This will automatically re-send your login details to your e-mail address.
In the event that you cannot remember your e-mail address used, please contact us and we can send the reminder e-mail for you. This cannot be sent to an alternative address for security reasons.
In the event that you no longer have access to the e-mail address used, this will require that we perform manual vertification as to your elegibility to access the account. Please contact our sales staff who will be able to assist you.
Please note: Under no circumstances will passwords be provided over the phone to customers, even if you are confirmed to be the owner of the account.
