We would like to let you know about some changes to our operating hours over the Christmas and New Year period due as at times we will be running on reduced levels of support.
Christmas & New Year Opening Hours
Wednesday 24th December 2025 (Christmas Eve) – Closed
Thursday 25th December 2025 (Christmas Day) – Closed
Friday 26th December 2025 (Boxing Day) – Closed
Saturday 27th to Tuesday 30th December 2025 – Support tickets only (10am–4pm)
Wednesday 31st December 2025 (New Year’s Eve) – Closed
Thursday 1st January 2026 (New Year’s Day) – Closed
Friday 2nd January 2026 – Normal business hours resume
All servers and services will continue to run as normal and will be monitored 24/7 throughout the festive period.
On support ticket only days, our office will be closed and there will be no telephone support available. Support tickets will still be answered, although replies may take a little longer than usual while we work with a smaller team than normal. Any tickets submitted outside these times will be answered on the next working day.
As is standard across the industry, a network change freeze will be in place from today 23rd December 2025 to 6th January 2026, meaning no core network changes can be made during this time.
If you have any payments due over the Christmas & New Year period and usually pay by cheque, please note that cheques will not be processed until we return in the new year. If we have not yet received your cheque, we recommend paying by card to avoid any disruption to your services.
Emergency support remains available 24/7 for all dedicated server customers using the contact details you already have.
